Surat fire: The impact was trailed by a monstrous fire that could be seen from a distance.

New Delhi: A huge fire broke out at an Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) plant in Gujarat early toward the beginning of today. The fire has now been managed, ONGC stated, including that no loss or injury was accounted for in the episode.

As per introductory data, three back to back impacts occurred at two terminals of the Hazira-based ONGC plant in Surat at around 3:30 am. The impact was trailed by a huge fire that could be seen from a good ways.

“A fire was observed in the Hazira Gas processing plant in the morning today. Fire has been brought under control. There is no casualty or injury to any person,” ONGC said in a statement.

The sound of the impact was heard similarly as 10 kms, as indicated by observers.
