Nawazuddin Siddiqui's brother Shamas: Complaint against the actor by his wife Anjana is false, will go to HC - Times of India

Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s sibling Shamas Nawab Siddiqui has turned out with all due respect after the (***************************’s) better half Anjana recorded a police protest blaming him for assault and cheating. Shamas has guaranteed that the charges are bogus, including that he would move toward Bombay High Court over the issue.

Shamas made his attestation over a few tweets after Anjana had documented her grumbling at Versova Police Station.

“I ws never on d run, I ws out fr my next film’s recce & in regard to d false complaint against me, it has been stayed by d Hon’ble Bombay High Court. The complaint against Mr. Nawazuddin Siddiqui is also false & will be heading to Hon’ble BHC for this too,” composed Shamason his checked Twitter account. He labeled his post with #SatyaMevJayate.

Shamas’ tweet comes after news reports rose before in the day asserting that Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s antagonized spouse Aaliya, who presently utilizes her original last name Anjana Anand Kishore Pandey, has recorded a composed protest against the actor blaming him for assault and cheating.

As per a report, Anjana’s legal advisor has given an official articulation that peruses: “My client had submitted a detailed written complaint to Versova Police Station for Rape, Cheating and Deceitfully causing cohabitation by inducing her a belief of lawful marriage, under sections 375, 376 (k), 376 (n), 420 and 493 of the Indian Penal Code against Mr Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Hopefully, the F.I.R will be registered soon.”

As of late, Anjana had enlisted a FIR against Shamas, purportedly blaming him for attack. Shamas’ expectant bail request was dismissed by a Mumbai court on September 14.

“Shamasuddin Siddiquis bail rejected,” Anjana had tweeted from her unconfirmed Twitter account on September 14.

“Shamas Siddiqui accused in FIR 285-2020 has to be immediately arrested for custodial interrogation Shamas Siddiqui has political clout. I fear that he may escape. Please help. Sessions Court whilst rejecting his bail has made important observations @NCWIndia @CPMumbaiPolice,” Anjana had tweeted on September 16 labeling the official records of the National Commission for Women and the Mumbai Police Commissioner in her tweet.

On Monday (September 21), Anjana had tweeted guaranteeing Shamas has been slipping away for close to 7 days and that he is needed by the Police for genuine violations.

“@ShamasSiddiqui is absconding since almost a week & Police are on the look-out for him. He is wanted for serious crimes. Anyone having any information of him, please share so that he can be duly arrested for custodial interrogation as per Court Order. Please help,” peruses her tweet from Monday.

Reacting to her Monday’s tweet, Shamas referenced in his Wednesday evening tweet that he was never on the run however was out for his next film’s recce.

Shamas is good to go to make his Bollywood first time at the helm with the film ‘Bole Chudiyan’ featuring Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Tamannaah Bhatia.
