New Delhi: BJP president JP Nadda on Friday hit out at the Congress over its interest for reestablishing Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir, saying since it has nothing but bad administration plan to discuss, it has returned to its “divide India dirty tricks” before the Bihar races.

He was responding to Congress pioneer P Chidambaram’s explanation that the gathering steadfastly represents rebuilding of the status and privileges of the individuals of Jammu and Kashmir, and that the “arbitrary and unconstitutional” choices of the Modi legislature of August 5, 2019 must be revoked.

In a tweet, Mr Nadda stated, “Since Congress has no good governance agenda to talk about, they are back to their ”Divide India” dirty tricks before Bihar elections. Shri Rahul Gandhi praises Pakistan and Shri Chidambaram says Congress wants Article 370 to return! Shameful!”

The legislature had a year ago rejected Article 370, which had given extraordinary rights to the district, and isolated the state into two association regions.
