The South Goa locale police on Thursday booked Soman for advancing profanity, days after his photo became famous online. The star was reserved under IPC Section 294 (Obscene acts and melodies) and 67 (Punishment for distributing/communicating indecent material in electronic type) of the IT Act.

However, the star appeared to benefit as much as possible from all the warmth he has been accepting by taking a shot at his tan on the bright and sandy shores. Taking to Instagram, spouse Ankita Konwar shared an image of a shirtless Milind and herself absorbing some nutrient D while relaxing and working it out on a sea shore seat.

“Always, brown and proud. My dose of vitamin D,” Ankita inscribed the photograph.

To the extent the debate encompassing the image is concerned, Pankaj Kumar Singh, Superintendent of Police South Goa said in a report to ANI, “An organisation called Goa Suraksha Manch had given a complaint against Soman for running nude on a beach in South Goa and then circulating those pictures on social media.”

On November 4, Soman shared the scandalous photograph on the event of his 55th birthday with the inscription, “Happy birthday to me Y…55 and running ! Y”.

Ankita, who tapped the photograph, said in a meeting to Bombay Times, “Milind did an impromptu run; it’s always impromptu,” she said.

Explaining the motivation behind the photograph, she stated, “I think the run just conveys an exceptionally sure message on body inspiration and being free and content with what your identity is. I love him for continually being so content with what his identity is. I think any individual who acknowledges themselves for what their identity is has this inconceivable light and energy around them, and individuals begin enjoying their essence. Milind’s constantly been that way. Continuously himself.”
