Tanzania's opposition leader Tundu Lissu flees the country - Africa Feeds

Tanzania’s resistance legislator Tundu Lissu on Tuesday fled the nation for Brussels, Belgium.

He sort shelter at the German government office since Friday subsequent to griping about danger to his life.

Lissu recently went through more than two years in Belgium in the wake of enduring an endeavored death in September 2017.

A video has been posted on his Twitter handle giving him leaving for the air terminal joined by authorities from the German consulate.

After a month ago’s official political race which he lost to officeholder President John Magufuli, Lissu would not acknowledge the outcomes.

He asserted that there were casting a ballot abnormalities and extortion in the overall political decision.

The top of the National Elections Commission, Semistocles Kaijage anyway dismissed those cases, saying there was no proof to that.

President Magufuli has since been confirmed for his second term in office.
