We have finally learned all about when Samsung plans to show off its next flagship.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 is one of the worst kept secrets in the smartphone world. It seems like there's a new leak regarding Samsung's upcoming flagship just about every single day. It looks like all the leaks are going to end soon, though, as Samsung has announced its next Galaxy Unpacked event for January 14. At the event, the company is expected to announce all things Galaxy S21. Anyone wanting to get their hands on the upcoming Galaxy S21 is in for a treat very soon. What We Know About Samsung's Galaxy S21 Unpacked Event As is usually the case with these events, Samsung released a pretty minimal trailer that doesn't tell us anything useful. The video features a blurred out smartphone spinning and information about the time of the event. As it turns out, Samsung will announce the Galaxy S21 (and anything else it has planned) on January 14 at 10 AM EST. That's actually the last day of the major tech event CES, a rather interesting day for the company to choose to get as much attention as possible. Samsung's event invitation reads as follows: Over the past year, mobile technology has taken center stage in everyday life as people are working from and spending time at home. The accelerated transition to a mobile-first world brings with it the need for devices that can transform everyday life into an extraordinary experience. Samsung specifically says devices in its invitation, and that's because we expect the company to reveal the base model Galaxy S21 and the S21+ and S21 Ultra. Fortunately, some surprises are left, as we don't know if Samsung will announce any other hardware such as a new Galaxy Watch or a pair of new headphones, perhaps something to compete with the new Apple AirPods Max. We'll have to wait and see what the company has planned. The event announcement comes shortly after Samsung opened up the option to receive preorder notifications for the phone, which you absolutely should do if you're interested in locking in a device for day one delivery. Either way, all will be revealed soon, and that's quite exciting. The S21 Phones Are Coming! It's hard to keep the excitement at bay. There's just something cool about one of the big companies preparing its next-generation of smartphones. Will Samsung bring anything revolutionary to the Galaxy S21 line or focus on more incremental upgrades. We won't have to wait too much longer to find out. The only question left is which Samsung Galaxy S21 phone you should buy!
