Thinking negatively can really harm not only your mental health but your overall health. This is a hard topic because I know how powerful a message on social media that everyone joins together to fight for the common good. But we know too much of anything isn’t good for us.
We need a balance.
With news and information, we can find that balance of being connected and knowing what’s important.
